Therapy Service

Psychotherapy

One on one therapy that helps you feel understood, grounded, and in motion again.

Individual psychotherapy at My Niche Therapy is a private, structured space to work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, self esteem, and identity with a licensed clinician who has spent decades helping adults change.

Most people arrive in therapy because something has been quietly wearing them down for a long time. It might be a career that no longer fits, a relationship that has grown distant, a wave of anxiety that shows up without warning, or a version of yourself you barely recognize in the mirror. You do not need a diagnosis to start. You need a place where you can say the true thing out loud and be met with skill instead of judgment.

Our approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence. We blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and psychodynamic work depending on what you are carrying and what you want to change. Every plan is built around your goals, your pace, and the life you actually live.

Sessions are offered in our Fairfield office or by secure video anywhere in California, so therapy fits into your week rather than fighting it.

Our Approach

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We help you notice the thoughts that quietly run the show, test them against reality, and build responses that match the life you want.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and relationships when feelings run hot.

EMDR

A structured, research backed way to reprocess memories that still hijack the present.

Psychodynamic work

For long standing patterns, family of origin themes, and the parts of yourself that keep repeating the same story.
